Accenture acquires Acceria |

Accenture has acquired Acceria, a privately held company based in France that specializes in providing business processes and methodologies dedicated to the after-sales operations of industrial companies. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.  The acquisition is designed to complement Accenture’s expertise in providing services to the automotive and industrial manufacturing globally, and enhance its capabilities in management consulting. The acquisition includes Acceria’s staff and assets that provide business solutions for helping companies improve and sustain after-sales performance. Sergio Colella, managing director of Accenture’s Industrial Equipment group said Acceria’s after-sales expertise, industrialized assets and innovative solutions can help automotive and industrial manufacturing companies improve after-sales revenues. |
