ArcSight reports strong financial data for the fourth quarter |

Total revenue was $55.2 million, a 41 percent increase year-over-year, GAAP operating income was $7.8 million, while net income was $22.6 million, equivalent to $0.62 per diluted share. Cash flow from operations was $11.9 million. For the full 2010 fiscal year, ArcSight reported total revenues of $181.4 million, a 33 percent increase year-on-year, Operating Income was $19.4 million, while net income was $28.4 million or $0.78 per diluted share. Cash flow from operations was $45.7 million. Outlook for upcoming quarter and year For the first quarter of the current fiscal, which ends July 31, 2010, ArcSight expected revenues to be in the range of $44 million to $46 million. For full year, which will end on April 30th, 2011, ArcSight said it expects to increase revenue by 20% or more year-on-year. More information can be found on ArcSight's statement. |
