Avid has reported revenues of $162.2 million for the second quarter that ended June 30, 2010, as compared to $150.5 million for the same period in 2009.
The company posted a net quarterly loss of $12.9 million, or $0.34 per share, as compared to a net loss of $15.9 million, or $0.43 per share, in the same quarter in 2009. Avid said the net loss for the quarter included amortization of intangibles, stock-based compensation, restructuring and other charges, acquisition-related costs and related tax adjustments collectively totaling $10.9 million.
Half-yearly data Revenues for the six-month period ended June 30, 2010 were $318.1 million, as compared to revenues of $302.2 million for the same period in 2009. Net loss for the first six months of 2010 was $26.4 million, or $0.70 per share, compared to GAAP net loss of $33.2 million, or $0.89 per share, for the same period in 2009. |
