Barclays Bank has signed a deal with NCR Services for the outsourced management and maintenance for 550 remote and host operated ATMs under a two-year contract.
NCR managed services solution will encompass helpdesk services, incident management, first and second line maintenance and managing cash replenishment services in partnership with Cash-In-Transit management company Loomis. The contract will be managed from NCR’s Eurocentral customer care center near Glasgow.

It provides managed, hosted, professional and support services for over 500,000 points-of-service devices for hundreds of businesses worldwide, including banks, retailers, telecom companies and airlines. It has 13 managed services operations centers globally. |
