CSC acquires CenTauri |

CSC has acquired CenTauri Solutions, LLC, a company based in Alexandria, Va., which provides information technology systems and services, systems engineering, intelligence analysis, and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions that serve the national security and intelligence communities. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.  The acquisition will allow CSC to deliver IT services and solutions as a prime contractor through the Defense Intelligence Agency’s $6.6 billion Solutions for Information Technology Enterprises indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. It also adds weight to CSC’s systems integration capabilities in sensor integration, intelligence processing and in-theater analysis and exploitation.Post closing, CenTauri Solution’s 84 employees will become a part of CSC’s Intelligence business area, which provides IT services and solutions, systems integration and operations support to the Intelligence Community, the company said in a statement. |
