Com to its portfolio, Equifax picked up Workload Financial Business Consultants Limited, a UK based provider of wealth and asset data business. Trimble acquired Mesta Software to add to its construction applications for the Nordic markets and Teradata agreed to acquire Aster Data Systems, which provides advanced analytics and management of diverse unstructured data.

Fiserv, Inc. acquired Mobile Commerce Ltd. (M-Com), an international mobile banking and payments provider, to enhance its existing mobile channel capabilities. Both companies have been partners since 2008. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Founded in 2000, M-Com is based in Atlanta, Ga., and has an office in New Zealand. M-Com CEO Adam Clark and all employees of M-Com will join Fiserv as part of the transaction.

Credit and risk management services company Equifax acquired Workload Financial Business Consultants Limited, a UK based provider of strategic intelligence to wealth and investment financial product providers. Since its formation in 1988, Workload operates a shared investment product data exchange with information provided by over 90 of the UK's leading financial services companies, providing these organisations with business-critical market intelligence in order to drive sales, product design and distribution strategies. The acquisition ties into Equifax's global strategy to continue to develop its market-leading wealth intelligence business.
