Microsof's search engine Bing and Twitter have agreed, very publically by exchanging Tweets, to continue their two-year arrangement of allowing results from Twitter to be a part of Bing's results.
Microsoft's Bing and Twitter have, by publically exchanging Tweets, decided to continue their two-year-old arrangement of Twitter feeds appearing in Bing's search results further.
The original arrangement was to allow Bing to search Twitter's database of Tweets for two years and the tenure of the renewed agreement remains the subject of speculation as the Tweets did not specify any timeframe for the continued agreement. A similar arrangement was in place between Google and Twitter, though it was not renewed by both parties. Shortly thereafter, Google launched Google+, their own social network.
