Salesforce is best known for its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) products, which it delivers to businesses over the internet using the SaaS model. In 2008, Salesforce was one of the fastest growing software companies. Thanks to this fast growth, Salesforce.com is also one of the largest enterprise software companies.
