SunGard acquires Mindwell |
|
 Just before the weekend, SunGard acquired Swedish financial technology consulting services firm Mindwell in a bid to strengthen its capital markets expertise in Sweden, Switzerland and the Netherlands, for undisclosed terms.Mindwell's expertise in capital markets and familiarity with trading and risk management solutions will now contribute to SunGard's range of capital markets financial technology and business consulting services. SunGard CEO Per Olsson Ravn said the acquisition would better position his company to deliver innovation and best practices to the global capital markets community. The company did not expected any material impact on its financial results as a result of the acquisition. |
