SAP company Sybase, Inc., which makes enterprise and mobile software, has announced the Sybase Mobile Sales for SAP CRM for BlackBerry smartphones, in the form of a new ‘super app’ that delivers an integrated application experience on BlackBerry smartphones. Sybase and SAP said this makes significant productivity gains possible for sales, service and marketing professionals.
The solution for BlackBerry smartphones provides comprehensive access to up-to-the-minute SAP customer and business analytics data and the ability to seamlessly conduct workflow processes anytime, anywhere. It also has advanced features like instantaneous alerts via BlackBerry push technology and integration with the BlackBerry inbox and calendar provide users with a ‘super app’ experience on BlackBerry smartphones.
The companies said that the availability of business-critical data on smart phones can transform enterprise operations, not just to address the short-term imperatives of reducing costs and better decision making on the field, but also helping companies achieve differentiated capabilities in order to compete effectively over the long term. |
