|Zoho adds Support to Google Apps|
Web-based online office suite Zoho has added its online help desk software, Zoho Support, to the Google Apps Marketplace, brinigng its application count available on the Google storefront to 12.
Serving as the central point of communication for all support needs of customers, Zoho Support users can create tickets manually or through channels like e-mail, websites, customer portals and API. Users can also manage forum posts effectively by converting them into tickets and tracking them until they are closed. Integration highlights include single sign on via the universal navigation bar in Google Apps, adding and setting up users as support agents without creating new accounts and importing Google Apps contacts into Zoho Support.
Zoho's offerings for Google Apps include business, collaboration and productivity applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Books, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Reports, Zoho Discussions, Zoho Wiki, Zoho Meeting and Zoho Creator.
