HP ups the ante further, Dell bows out

In the HP-Dell bidding war for 3PAR, HP made a fourth revision to its offer upping the value from the $30 per share to $33 per share.  At the same time, Dell has decided to collect the $72 million break-up fee it is entitled to and terminate its merger agreement with the target company.

Windows Phone 7 heads to manufacturers

Unisys to sell UK-based insurance and pension processing business to TCS subsidiary
